What to Include in Your CNC Machining RFQ

To receive an accurate CNC machining quotation, send the following information:

1. Technical files

Provide 2D drawings in PDF, DWG or DXF format and, when available, 3D models in STEP or IGES format.

2. Material, quantity and tolerances

List the required material, estimated order quantity, critical tolerances, surface finish, heat treatment and coating requirements.

3. Inspection and delivery requirements

Tell us which dimensions are critical, whether you need a first article or full inspection report, and your target delivery date.
